My Personal Recount:

I was on my way home after sending my mum and her friends to Malaysia for a short holiday. As I was restless after waking up early in the morning and waiting impatiently for the cars at customs to clear off, I wanted to get back early to have a good nap. I then stepped on the pedal to increase my speed to 80km/h.
As I traveled along Yishun Avenue 1 towards the Seletar Club Road, I saw a new but wrecked Mazda RX-8 lying at the side of a hill. Quickly, I got out of my car and reported the accident. It was pretty shocking to see a new and polished car being damaged so I took a photo and send it to STOMP .
It was indeed fortunate for the four men in the car as they cheated death and only suffered cuts and minor injuries. After this incident, I found out that the actual cause for this accident is due to speeding. Now thinking back, if not for this incident that woke me up, I would be either lying in the hospital or the coffin now!
